Your gym's curriculum deserves a home

Stunt progressions get demonstrated and corrected on the mat. Safety responsibilities of the base, flyer and back-spot blur between sessions. Routine breakdowns live in the coach's phone videos. C3NTR is a quiet place to write it all down once, in your gym's voice.

Who this is for

Independent gyms

One head coach, an assistant or two, and a steady group of gymnasts. C3NTR puts your skills, conditioning and safety notes in one place. No second tool, no spreadsheet.

Gyms with multiple coaches

Two or more coaches, several squads. C3NTR holds the shared standard so every session draws from the same library.

Competition gyms

Compulsory, optional or elite. Content locked by level keeps newer gymnasts safe on foundations while elite athletes see the full repertoire.

Built for teachers, not for IT

Your head coach opens the app, taps Edit, and writes the next stunt progression in plain prose. The next practice, the squad arrives knowing the count.

Write directly in the app

Like a notepad. New articles are drafts until you publish, so nothing goes live by mistake.

Mobile-first authoring

Edit on the phone between classes or on the way home. The same library, the same edit screen.

A working library in under an hour

Import the starter template in a few taps. Edit anything that doesn't fit. Publish when ready.

AACCA levels, USA Cheer levels or your gym's progression

Content locked by level, in your gym's progression

Tag any article with a minimum level. Newer cheerleaders see basics and motions. Intermediate see stunts. Senior squads see full routines. The same library, the right view per gymnast.

A glossary of gymnastics terminology

Gymnastics carries a precise vocabulary across apparatus and skills. C3NTR's glossary holds the terms in one place: the skill names, your gym's preferred cues, and the article each term appears in.

Stunt
Any skill in which one or more bases support a flyer above the floor. Stunts range from simple two-legged elevations to extended one-leg stands to full basket tosses.
Base
The athlete who remains on the floor and physically supports the flyer from below. Most stunt groups have two bases plus a backspot.
Flyer
The athlete who is elevated above the floor and held by the base group. Flyers are the most visible position in a stunt.
Backspot
The athlete who stands behind the stunt group and is responsible for safety, balance support, and catching the flyer in a fall.
Motion
A fixed arm position performed with the whole squad on a precise beat. Motions are the most visible element of cheer choreography from a distance.
Toe touch
A jump in which both legs extend outward to the sides at hip height or above, with toes pointed, while the arms are in a T or high V.

Competitions, school games, summer camp

C3NTR isn't only the library. Schedule competitions, post game dates, and let squad members see what's ahead. Announcements land on their Today tab and events sit on the calendar.

Start from our Cheerleading template

A working starter with 15 articles, 2 short videos, a 8-terms glossary across 5 tags (Getting Started, Foundations, Practice, Progression, Resources). Import in a few taps, then edit anything that doesn't fit your school. Every article, term and tag is yours from the moment you import.

Common questions

Can gymnasts only see their level's material?

Yes. Tag any article with a minimum level. Newer gymnasts see only foundations. Coaches see everything, including safety progressions for higher skills.

Does it cover AACCA, ICU, USA Cheer?

C3NTR is body neutral. AACCA, ICU and other governing bodies can adapt the syllabus without rewriting.

Can my gym customise the cheerleading template?

Yes. Every skill, drill and tag is editable. Add your gym's progressions, your conditioning blocks and your house standards.

How long does it take to set up?

Most schools have a working library in under an hour. Import the starter template in a few taps, then edit anything that doesn't fit. Starting blank takes a little longer. Allow an hour or two to write your first ten articles. Students can use the app the day you publish.

Do I have to stop using my booking system?

No. C3NTR is a knowledge library for your curriculum, terminology and progressions. Booking, billing and scheduling stay with the tools you already use.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Seed is free forever for up to 30 students, with no credit card required. Move up to School (£39/mo) or Academy (£69/mo) when you outgrow it.
