Back to C3NTR

1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing this website (c3ntr.app), registering for early access, or using the C3NTR mobile application or web portal (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and andBeyond.digital Ltd (registered as ANDBEYOND.DIGITAL LTD), a company registered in England & Wales, company number 17260951, with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, the company that develops and operates the C3NTR app ("andBeyond", "C3NTR", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of your agreement with us.

2. The Service

C3NTR is a mobile-first knowledge platform for any school or academy with a structured curriculum, including martial arts, dance, music, fitness, and any discipline where knowledge is passed from instructor to student. It enables school owners and instructors to build, organise, and distribute curriculum content to students through a grade-locked, structured interface.

The Service is currently in an early access / beta phase. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We make no warranties regarding uptime, feature completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose during this phase.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

If you are registering on behalf of a martial arts school or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Accounts & Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and not share account access with unauthorised parties.
  • Notify us promptly at info@c3ntr.app if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or used in breach of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or connected systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Service.
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
  • Use the Service in any way that could impair its availability, performance, or integrity.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without prior written consent from C3NTR.
  • Use the content import feature to systematically harvest, scrape, or reproduce content from third-party websites or services without authorisation from the rights holder.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity.

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service, and may be referred to relevant authorities where required by law.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of any curriculum content, text, media, or other materials you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant C3NTR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and deliver Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we are required to remove by law.

7. Pricing & Payments

C3NTR offers tiered subscription plans, including a free Seed tier. Current pricing is displayed on the C3NTR website and is subject to change. Where pricing changes affect paid subscriptions, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect.

All fees are charged in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically unless cancelled.

During the early access period, free access may be extended at our sole discretion. Any transition to paid tiers will be communicated clearly in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

The C3NTR name, logo (三 mark), platform design, software, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of C3NTR. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use our trademarks, trade dress, or other intellectual property without our prior written consent.

All intellectual property rights in the Service (excluding Your Content) remain vested in C3NTR or its licensors.

The Service includes a small set of bundled stock photographs used as default hero imagery for newly created schools. These photographs are sourced from Pexels and are licensed under the Pexels License, which permits free use including commercial use without attribution. Schools may replace the default hero with their own image at any time from the setup wizard or from the home screen's edit-hero modal.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

During the early access phase in particular, features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change without notice. Your use of our website is also subject to our Website Disclaimer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, C3NTR and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) £100 or (b) the total fees paid by you to C3NTR in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in your local court.

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at info@c3ntr.app so we may attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

13. Content Import and External Sources

The Service includes features that allow you to import content from documents, web pages, and shared files into your school's knowledge library. When you use these features:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you import, including text, images, and any other material.
  • Source attribution is added automatically to help you track where content came from. Attribution does not replace the need for proper permissions from the original author or rights holder.
  • You must not use the import feature to systematically copy content from other schools, websites, or services. The feature is designed for bringing in your own material or content you have clear permission to use.
  • Once you publish imported content, it becomes part of your school's library and you are responsible for it, the same as content you create directly within the Service.
  • C3NTR does not review or verify the rights status of imported content. If a rights holder contacts us regarding content that infringes their intellectual property, we may remove the content and notify you in accordance with applicable law.
  • URL imports are fetched directly from your device to the source website. C3NTR does not proxy, cache, or store the fetched page on its servers.

14. AI Features and Third-Party AI Providers

The Service includes optional AI-assisted features, including an AI writing assistant that enables school leaders to generate draft article content. Use of these features requires the school leader to supply their own API key from a third-party AI provider (such as Anthropic or OpenAI). The following terms apply:

  • Your API key is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. C3NTR does not receive, store, or have access to your API key.
  • Any content generated through the AI writing assistant is produced by the third-party AI provider you have selected. C3NTR does not generate, review, or endorse AI-produced content.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts before publishing them. You are responsible for ensuring any published content complies with applicable law and does not infringe third-party rights.
  • Use of third-party AI APIs is governed by the relevant provider's own terms of service and privacy policy. You agree to comply with those terms when using this feature.
  • C3NTR excludes all liability arising from the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

The on-device semantic search feature is processed entirely on the user's device. No article content is transmitted to any external service for this purpose.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
