Your gym's craft deserves a home

Combinations live in the coach's head and on the pad work. New members don't know what 1-1-2 to the body means. Defensive shapes get demonstrated mid-round and never make it onto the page. C3NTR is a quiet place to write it all down once.

Who this is for

Independent gyms

One head coach, an assistant or two, and a steady stream of boxers. C3NTR puts your stance, combinations and conditioning in one place. No second tool, no spreadsheet.

Schools with multiple coaches

Two or more coaches, several classes a week. C3NTR holds the shared standard so every coach teaches the same fundamentals.

Competition gyms

Amateur, pro, or both. Content locked by level keeps novices on basics while open-class fighters see the deeper game.

Built for teachers, not for IT

Your head coach opens the app, taps Edit, and writes the next combination breakdown in plain prose. The next pad session, the boxers know the shape.

Write directly in the app

Like a notepad. New articles are drafts until you publish, so nothing goes live by mistake.

Mobile-first authoring

Edit on the phone between classes or on the way home. The same library, the same edit screen.

A working library in under an hour

Import the starter template in a few taps. Edit anything that doesn't fit. Publish when ready.

Novice, amateur, open and pro

Content locked by level, in your gym's progression

Tag any article with a minimum level. New members see the jab, the stance and the footwork. Amateurs see combinations and clinch work. Pros see ring craft and game-planning. The same library, the right view per fighter.

A glossary of boxing terminology

Every gym has its own combinations, its own cues, its own shorthand. C3NTR's glossary holds the language in one place: your gym's terms, plain definitions, and the articles each term appears in.

Hand wrap
A long cotton or elastic wrap worn under boxing gloves to protect the knuckles, small bones of the hand, and the wrist.
Jab
The straight punch from your lead hand. Fast, light, and constantly used, a boxer's main tool for finding range, setting tempo, and opening up combinations.
Cross
The straight punch from your rear hand. Heavier than the jab because more of your body powers it.
Hook
A curved punch thrown with either hand, with the elbow bent at roughly ninety degrees.
Uppercut
A rising punch from either hand, aimed at the chin or the body from below.
Orthodox
The stance used by right-handed boxers, left foot forward, right hand at the rear.

Sparring nights, fight cards, gym closures

C3NTR isn't only the library. Schedule sparring nights, post the fight card, and let members see what's coming up at the gym this month. Announcements land on their Today tab and events sit on the calendar.

Start from our Boxing template

A working starter with 15 articles, 2 short videos, a 10-terms glossary across 5 tags (Getting Started, Foundations, Practice, Progression, Resources). Import in a few taps, then edit anything that doesn't fit your school. Every article, term and tag is yours from the moment you import.

Common questions

Can boxers only see their level's material?

Yes. Tag any article with a minimum level. Novices see only basics. Open and pro see everything.

Does it cover amateur (AIBA) and pro rules?

Yes. The starter includes notes on AIBA / IBA amateur scoring and the professional rounds, with space for your gym's focus.

Can my gym customise the boxing template?

Yes. Every article, combination and term is editable. Add your gym's favoured combinations, your conditioning blocks and your house rules.

How long does it take to set up?

Most schools have a working library in under an hour. Import the starter template in a few taps, then edit anything that doesn't fit. Starting blank takes a little longer. Allow an hour or two to write your first ten articles. Students can use the app the day you publish.

Do I have to stop using my booking system?

No. C3NTR is a knowledge library for your curriculum, terminology and progressions. Booking, billing and scheduling stay with the tools you already use.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Seed is free forever for up to 30 students, with no credit card required. Move up to School (£39/mo) or Academy (£69/mo) when you outgrow it.
