Your gym's craft deserves a home

Sprawl-and-brawl drills, ground-and-pound positions and submission setups get taught by different coaches on different nights. New members don't know the Unified Rules. C3NTR is a quiet place to write it all down once.

Who this is for

Independent gyms

One head coach, an assistant or two, a steady mat. C3NTR puts your striking, grappling and transitions in one place.

Gyms with multiple coaches

Several coaches teaching across the week. C3NTR holds the shared standard so every session draws from the same library.

Fight teams

You're prepping amateur and pro fighters. Content locked by level keeps newer members safe while fighters see the deeper game.

Built for teachers, not for IT

Your head coach opens the app, taps Edit, and writes the next transition breakdown in plain prose. The next session, fighters arrive knowing the chain.

Write directly in the app

Like a notepad. New articles are drafts until you publish, so nothing goes live by mistake.

Mobile-first authoring

Edit on the phone between classes or on the way home. The same library, the same edit screen.

A working library in under an hour

Import the starter template in a few taps. Edit anything that doesn't fit. Publish when ready.

Amateur and professional tiers (or your gym's progression)

Content locked by level, in your gym's progression

Tag any article with a minimum level. New members see basics across striking, takedowns and clinch. Intermediate see transitions. Fighters see the full game.

A glossary of MMA terminology

MMA braids many languages and traditions. C3NTR's glossary holds the terms in one place: each phase, your gym's preferred names, and the article each term appears in.

Hand wrap
A long cotton or elastic wrap worn under training gloves to protect the knuckles, small bones of the hand, and the wrist. Around four metres long for adult hands.
Sprawl
The fundamental takedown defence, the legs slide back and the hips drop heavily as a partner attempts a shoot..
Shoot
A takedown attempt, the level change followed by a drive forward toward the partner's legs (single-leg or double-leg) or hips (body lock)..
Guard
A bottom ground position in which you control a partner who is on top by wrapping your legs around them..
Transitions
The movement between phases, striking to clinch..
Gas tank
Informal MMA term for cardiovascular and muscular endurance, the capacity to keep working at high intensity across multiple rounds..

Fight nights, padwork sessions, weigh-ins

C3NTR isn't only the library. Schedule the next fight night, post padwork sessions, and tell the gym when a weigh-in is coming up. Announcements land on their Today tab and events sit on the calendar.

Start from our MMA template

A working starter with 15 articles, 2 short videos, a 10-terms glossary across 5 tags (Getting Started, Foundations, Practice, Progression, Resources). Import in a few taps, then edit anything that doesn't fit your school. Every article, term and tag is yours from the moment you import.

Common questions

Can fighters only see their level's material?

Yes. Tag any article with a minimum level. New members see basics. Coaches always see everything, including the deeper game-planning.

Does it follow the Unified Rules?

Yes. The starter is written around the Unified Rules of MMA, with notes on local promotions and amateur variations where they differ.

Can my gym customise the MMA template?

Yes. Every article, drill and term is editable. Add your camp's preferred takedowns, your striking-to-grappling transitions and your house rules.

How long does it take to set up?

Most schools have a working library in under an hour. Import the starter template in a few taps, then edit anything that doesn't fit. Starting blank takes a little longer. Allow an hour or two to write your first ten articles. Students can use the app the day you publish.

Do I have to stop using my booking system?

No. C3NTR is a knowledge library for your curriculum, terminology and progressions. Booking, billing and scheduling stay with the tools you already use.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Seed is free forever for up to 30 students, with no credit card required. Move up to School (£39/mo) or Academy (£69/mo) when you outgrow it.
