Your studio's teaching deserves a home

Practices like Wim Hof, holotropic and pranayama get demonstrated in sessions but rarely written. Contraindications get a quick mention. Integration notes and student feedback sit in the facilitator's head. C3NTR is a quiet place to write it all down once, in your studio's voice.

Who this is for

Solo teachers

One teacher, a studio (or a hired hall), and a steady weekly schedule. C3NTR puts your practices, philosophy and history in one place.

Studios with multiple teachers

Two or more teachers, several classes a week. C3NTR holds the shared standard so every teacher draws from the same library.

Teacher training programmes

You're training the next generation of teachers. C3NTR holds the curriculum your trainees read: the practices, the philosophy, the lineage.

Built for teachers, not for IT

Your teacher opens the app, taps Edit, and writes the next practice breakdown in plain prose. The next session, students arrive knowing the pattern.

Write directly in the app

Like a notepad. New articles are drafts until you publish, so nothing goes live by mistake.

Mobile-first authoring

Edit on the phone between classes or on the way home. The same library, the same edit screen.

A working library in under an hour

Import the starter template in a few taps. Edit anything that doesn't fit. Publish when ready.

Levels, beginner, intermediate, facilitator training

Content locked by level, in your studio's progression

Tag any article with a minimum level. Beginners see foundations and physiology. Intermediate see deeper practices. Trainees see facilitation skills. The same library, the right view per student.

A glossary of breathwork terminology

Breathwork carries its own language. C3NTR's glossary holds the terms in one place: the names, your studio's translation, and the article each term appears in.

Prāṇāyāma
The yogic term for breath-control practices, literally, the extension or restraint of *prāṇa*, the life-force carried in the breath.
Diaphragm
The dome-shaped muscle that sits beneath the lungs and drives ordinary breathing, flattening downward on the inhale and relaxing back on the exhale.
Vagus nerve
The long nerve that runs from the brainstem down through the neck and chest into the abdomen, carrying signals between the brain and the major internal organs.
Retention
A pause in the breath cycle, either at the top of the inhale (full retention) or at the bottom of the exhale (empty retention).
Box breath
A balanced four-count pattern: inhale four, hold four, exhale four, hold four, the four equal sides giving the technique its name.
4-7-8
A pattern with a strong calming bias: inhale four counts, hold seven counts, exhale eight counts through softly parted lips.

Workshops, retreats, facilitator training

C3NTR isn't only the library. Schedule the next workshop, post retreat dates, and let students see what's ahead. Announcements land on their Today tab and events sit on the calendar.

Start from our Breathwork template

A working starter with 13 articles, 2 short videos, a 8-terms glossary across 5 tags (Getting Started, The Basics of Breath, Core Techniques, When to Use What, Practising Daily). Import in a few taps, then edit anything that doesn't fit your school. Every article, term and tag is yours from the moment you import.

Common questions

Can students only see their level's material?

Yes. Tag any article with a minimum level. Beginners see only foundations. Teachers and senior students see everything.

Does it cover Wim Hof, Holotropic, Pranayama, your method?

C3NTR is lineage neutral. The library is yours to fill: Wim Hof, Holotropic, Pranayama, your method or your own teacher's transmission.

Can my studio customise the breathwork template?

Yes. Every article, practice and term is editable. Add your studio's sequencing, your cueing language and your tradition.

How long does it take to set up?

Most schools have a working library in under an hour. Import the starter template in a few taps, then edit anything that doesn't fit. Starting blank takes a little longer. Allow an hour or two to write your first ten articles. Students can use the app the day you publish.

Do I have to stop using my booking system?

No. C3NTR is a knowledge library for your curriculum, terminology and progressions. Booking, billing and scheduling stay with the tools you already use.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Seed is free forever for up to 30 students, with no credit card required. Move up to School (£39/mo) or Academy (£69/mo) when you outgrow it.
