Your studio's teaching deserves a home

Asana names get pronounced differently in every class. Sanskrit terms get a quick aside in the room ("that's child's pose") and then float away. C3NTR is a quiet place to write it all down once, in your studio's voice.

Who this is for

Solo hatha yoga teachers

One teacher, a studio (or a hired hall), and a steady weekly schedule. C3NTR puts your asanas, sequences and philosophy in one place. Your students can return to it between classes, at the right level for them.

Studios with multiple teachers

Two or more teachers, several classes a week, the work of keeping the lineage consistent. C3NTR holds the shared standard. Every teacher draws from the same library, with your studio's voice on every page.

Teacher training programmes

You're training the next generation of teachers. C3NTR holds the curriculum your trainees read: the philosophy, the asana library, the sequencing principles. Open to them from week one and theirs for life.

Built for teachers, not for IT

Your teacher opens the app, taps Edit, and writes the next asana note in plain prose. The class on Saturday reads it before they unroll their mat.

Write directly in the app

Like a notepad. New articles are drafts until you publish, so nothing goes live by mistake.

Mobile-first authoring

Edit on the phone between classes or on the way home. The same library, the same edit screen.

A working library in under an hour

Import the starter template in a few taps. Edit anything that doesn't fit. Publish when ready.

Levels: beginner, improver, intermediate, advanced (or your own)

Content locked by level, in your studio's progression

Tag any article with a minimum level: beginner, improver, intermediate, advanced, or your studio's own progression. New students see the foundations and the principles behind them. Improvers see deeper asana work and pranayama. Teachers in training see everything. The same library, the right view per student.

A glossary in Sanskrit and English

Hatha yoga's language is part of the practice. C3NTR's glossary holds the terms in one place: the Sanskrit, your studio's translation, and the article each term appears in.

Asana
A physical posture or pose, the part of yoga that most students meet first.
Ujjayi
A breathing technique in which the throat is gently constricted to create a soft oceanic sound as the breath moves in and out.
Tadasana
Mountain Pose, standing upright, feet hip-width or together, weight distributed evenly, spine long, arms at the sides.
Adho Mukha Svanasana
Downward Facing Dog, an inverted V-shape with hands and feet on the floor, hips high, spine lengthening.
Savasana
The final resting pose, lying flat on the back, arms a little away from the body, eyes closed, doing nothing.
Drishti
A focused gaze point, where you rest your eyes during a pose.

Workshops, retreats, teacher training

C3NTR isn't only the library. Schedule the workshops students are saving for, post when a class is cancelled, and let students see what's coming up at the studio this season. Announcements land on their Today tab and events sit on the calendar.

Start from our Hatha Yoga template

A working starter with fourteen articles covering the shape of a Hatha class, why the breath leads, foundational asanas (Tadasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana and more), a short home practice, working with props, common mistakes, longer holds and preparing for your first assessment. Two short videos demonstrate foundations and breath. Eight Sanskrit terms sit in the glossary. Import in a few taps, then edit anything that doesn't fit your studio. Every pose, breath practice and term is yours from the moment you import.

Offline access and branding

Works offline

Works in the training hall with no signal. Articles are cached on each student's phone, so your school stays accessible wherever they read.

Your branding

Your school's name, your colour, your logo. Not a generic app aesthetic.

Student? Show this to your teacher.

If you practise at a yoga studio and you'd love a quiet library you can return to between classes, share this page with your teacher. Most studios start on the free Seed plan in under five minutes. Your asanas, your sequences and your studio's philosophy could be in your pocket by next week.

Common questions

Can students only see their level's material?

Yes. Tag any article (an asana, a pranayama practice, a philosophy note) with a minimum level. Beginners see only what's appropriate for them. Teachers and senior students see everything.

Can my studio customise the Hatha Yoga template?

Yes. Every pose, breath practice and term is editable. Add your studio's sequencing, your teacher's cueing language, your philosophy emphasis. The template is a structure, not a script.

Does it cover the lineages I draw from?

C3NTR is lineage neutral. The library is yours to fill: Krishnamacharya, Iyengar, Sivananda, Satyananda, or your own teacher's transmission. Write in your studio's voice.

How long does it take to set up?

Most schools have a working library in under an hour. Import the starter template in a few taps, then edit anything that doesn't fit. Starting blank takes a little longer. Allow an hour or two to write your first ten articles. Students can use the app the day you publish.

Do I have to stop using my booking system?

No. C3NTR is a knowledge library for your curriculum, terminology and progressions. Booking, billing and scheduling stay with the tools you already use.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Seed is free forever for up to 30 students, with no credit card required. Move up to School (£39/mo) or Academy (£69/mo) when you outgrow it.

Teach a different style? Tell us.

Whether it's a specific hatha yoga lineage we don't list, or another discipline entirely, drop us a line and we'll add a starter template. In the meantime, the app already works for any structured curriculum, your library starts blank in a few minutes.
