Your studio's teaching deserves a home

Pose names blur with hatha vocabulary. Holding times and meridian connections live in the teacher's notes. The fascial science and the philosophical roots rarely make it onto the page. C3NTR is a quiet place to write it all down once, in your studio's voice.

Who this is for

Solo yin yoga teachers

One teacher, a studio (or a hired hall), and a steady weekly schedule. C3NTR puts your asanas, sequences and philosophy in one place.

Studios with multiple teachers

Two or more teachers, several classes a week. C3NTR holds the shared standard so every teacher draws from the same library, with your studio's voice on every page.

Teacher training programmes

You're training the next generation of teachers. C3NTR holds the curriculum your trainees read: the philosophy, the asana library, the sequencing. Open to them from week one and theirs for life.

Built for teachers, not for IT

Your teacher opens the app, taps Edit, and writes the next hold time note in plain prose. The next class, students arrive knowing the intention.

Write directly in the app

Like a notepad. New articles are drafts until you publish, so nothing goes live by mistake.

Mobile-first authoring

Edit on the phone between classes or on the way home. The same library, the same edit screen.

A working library in under an hour

Import the starter template in a few taps. Edit anything that doesn't fit. Publish when ready.

Levels, beginner, intermediate, teacher training

Content locked by level, in your studio's progression

Tag any article with a minimum level. Beginners see basic shapes. Intermediate see longer holds and variations. Trainees see meridian sequences. The same library, the right view per student.

A glossary in Sanskrit and English

Yin yoga's language is part of the practice. C3NTR's glossary holds the terms in one place: the Sanskrit, your studio's translation, and the article each term appears in.

Fascia
The connective tissue that surrounds and connects muscles, organs, and joints throughout the body, one of the primary targets of yin yoga.
Connective tissue
The broad category of tissue that holds the body together, ligaments, tendons, cartilage, fascia, and joint capsules.
Asana
A physical posture or shape, the word used across all yoga traditions for the body's position in practice.
Meridian
In Chinese medicine..
Yang
In Taoist philosophy, the active, warm, generating quality, and the term used in yoga to describe faster, heat-building practice styles.
Yin
In Taoist philosophy, the receptive, still, cool quality, and the quality that yin yoga is designed to cultivate.

Workshops, retreats, teacher training

C3NTR isn't only the library. Schedule the next workshop, post when a retreat is open, and let students see what's ahead. Announcements land on their Today tab and events sit on the calendar.

Start from our Yin Yoga template

A working starter with 14 articles, 2 short videos, a 9-terms glossary across 5 tags (Getting Started, Foundations, Practice, Progression, Resources). Import in a few taps, then edit anything that doesn't fit your school. Every article, term and tag is yours from the moment you import.

Common questions

Can students only see their level's material?

Yes. Tag any article (an asana, a pranayama practice, a philosophy note) with a minimum level. Beginners see only what's appropriate. Teachers and senior students see everything.

Does it cover Paulie Zink, Paul Grilley, Sarah Powers?

C3NTR is lineage neutral. The library is yours to fill: Paulie Zink, Paul Grilley, Sarah Powers or your own teacher's transmission. Write in your studio's voice.

Can my studio customise the yin yoga template?

Yes. Every pose, breath practice and term is editable. Add your studio's sequencing, your cueing language and your philosophy emphasis.

How long does it take to set up?

Most schools have a working library in under an hour. Import the starter template in a few taps, then edit anything that doesn't fit. Starting blank takes a little longer. Allow an hour or two to write your first ten articles. Students can use the app the day you publish.

Do I have to stop using my booking system?

No. C3NTR is a knowledge library for your curriculum, terminology and progressions. Booking, billing and scheduling stay with the tools you already use.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Seed is free forever for up to 30 students, with no credit card required. Move up to School (£39/mo) or Academy (£69/mo) when you outgrow it.

Teach a different style? Tell us.

Whether it's a specific yin yoga lineage we don't list, or another discipline entirely, drop us a line and we'll add a starter template. In the meantime, the app already works for any structured curriculum, your library starts blank in a few minutes.
