Your studio's teaching deserves a home

Prop arrangements get demonstrated in class and forgotten by Tuesday. The reasons for each support rarely make it onto the page. Timings and contraindications live in the teacher's memory. C3NTR is a quiet place to write it all down once, in your studio's voice.

Who this is for

Solo restorative yoga teachers

One teacher, a studio (or a hired hall), and a steady weekly schedule. C3NTR puts your asanas, sequences and philosophy in one place.

Studios with multiple teachers

Two or more teachers, several classes a week. C3NTR holds the shared standard so every teacher draws from the same library, with your studio's voice on every page.

Teacher training programmes

You're training the next generation of teachers. C3NTR holds the curriculum your trainees read: the philosophy, the asana library, the sequencing. Open to them from week one and theirs for life.

Built for teachers, not for IT

Your teacher opens the app, taps Edit, and writes the next prop setup note in plain prose. The next class, students know which bolster they need.

Write directly in the app

Like a notepad. New articles are drafts until you publish, so nothing goes live by mistake.

Mobile-first authoring

Edit on the phone between classes or on the way home. The same library, the same edit screen.

A working library in under an hour

Import the starter template in a few taps. Edit anything that doesn't fit. Publish when ready.

Levels, beginner, intermediate, teacher training

Content locked by level, in your studio's progression

Tag any article with a minimum level. Beginners see basic supported poses. Intermediate see longer sequences. Trainees see contraindications. The same library, the right view per student.

A glossary in Sanskrit and English

Restorative yoga's language is part of the practice. C3NTR's glossary holds the terms in one place: the Sanskrit, your studio's translation, and the article each term appears in.

Savasana
The final resting pose, lying still on the back, completely supported, doing nothing.
Asana
A physical shape or posture, the part of yoga most people encounter first.
Bolster
A firm, cylindrical or rectangular cushion used to support the body in restorative poses.
Pranayama
Deliberate breath-work, the conscious guiding of the breath as a practice in itself.
Supta Baddha Konasana
Supported reclining bound angle pose, lying on the back with the soles of the feet together and the knees dropping out to the sides.
Viparita Karani
Legs up the wall, lying on the back with the legs resting passively against a wall.

Workshops, retreats, teacher training

C3NTR isn't only the library. Schedule the next workshop, post when a retreat is open, and let students see what's ahead. Announcements land on their Today tab and events sit on the calendar.

Start from our Restorative Yoga template

A working starter with 14 articles, 2 short videos, a 8-terms glossary across 5 tags (Getting Started, Foundations, Practice, Progression, Resources). Import in a few taps, then edit anything that doesn't fit your school. Every article, term and tag is yours from the moment you import.

Common questions

Can students only see their level's material?

Yes. Tag any article (an asana, a pranayama practice, a philosophy note) with a minimum level. Beginners see only what's appropriate. Teachers and senior students see everything.

Does it cover Judith Hanson Lasater, B.K.S. Iyengar tradition?

C3NTR is lineage neutral. The library is yours to fill: Judith Hanson Lasater, B.K.S. Iyengar tradition or your own teacher's transmission. Write in your studio's voice.

Can my studio customise the restorative yoga template?

Yes. Every pose, breath practice and term is editable. Add your studio's sequencing, your cueing language and your philosophy emphasis.

How long does it take to set up?

Most schools have a working library in under an hour. Import the starter template in a few taps, then edit anything that doesn't fit. Starting blank takes a little longer. Allow an hour or two to write your first ten articles. Students can use the app the day you publish.

Do I have to stop using my booking system?

No. C3NTR is a knowledge library for your curriculum, terminology and progressions. Booking, billing and scheduling stay with the tools you already use.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Seed is free forever for up to 30 students, with no credit card required. Move up to School (£39/mo) or Academy (£69/mo) when you outgrow it.
