Common questions
How does billing work?
Plans are per school and billed through Stripe, here on the website. There's nothing to purchase inside the app itself. Pay monthly, or annually with two months free. There's no minimum contract and you can cancel at any time.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can move between plans from the web portal whenever you need to. Upgrades and downgrades take effect from your next billing period.
Is there a minimum commitment or contract?
No. There is no minimum term. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. The Seed plan is free forever with no credit card required.
What happens if we cancel?
You can export all your content and member records before cancelling. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
What does Priority Support include?
Academy plan schools get a direct line to our team: faster response times, help with content migration, and onboarding guidance when you need it. If something is blocking your school, we treat it as urgent.
What does lifetime mean?
One payment, and your plan is yours for as long as we run C3NTR, including all updates to that plan. Future add-ons and new tiers aren't included, and storage limits still apply. You can add storage at any time.
How long is the lifetime offer available?
Until 31 August 2026. After that, lifetime closes and plans return to monthly and annual billing only.
We already pay for School or Academy. Can we switch?
Yes, while the offer is open. Pay the lifetime price and we'll credit the unused part of your current subscription. Once the offer closes, there's no path to lifetime.
Can a lifetime School move up to Academy later?
While the offer is open, you can move up by paying the difference. After it closes, lifetime plans stay as they are. You can still add storage whenever you need it.
Is there a guarantee?
Lifetime comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If C3NTR isn't right for your school, write to support@c3ntr.app within 30 days for a full refund.
