Billing & tiers
C3NTR has plans so you can start free and grow at your own pace. Every plan includes the knowledge library — articles, glossary terms, search, favourites, and your school's branding. What changes between plans is how many students can join, whether video and audio are included, the depth of your analytics, and how much media storage you have.
The plans
- Seed (free forever) — Up to 10 students, 500 MB media storage. Articles, glossary terms, tags, search, favourites, branding, engagement basics, and the stock photo library.
- School — £39/month, or £32/month billed annually. Up to 100 students, 5 GB media storage. Everything in Seed, plus video and audio, push notifications, advanced analytics, and the stock video library.
- Academy — £69/month, or £57/month billed annually. Unlimited students, 10 GB media storage. Everything in School, plus multi-instructor publishing and priority support.
Student limits count active students only — leaders, instructors, and assistants don't use up a place on any plan. Annual billing saves roughly two months compared to paying monthly.

What every plan includes
The heart of C3NTR is available on every plan, including the free Seed plan:
- Articles and glossary terms — your written curriculum, organised with tags and grade locking.
- Your school's branding — Theme Studio and the Home screen builder, on every plan.
- Engagement basics — member counts, article views, and open rates for school leaders.
- The AI writing assistant — available on every plan. It uses an AI key you connect yourself, so there is no plan requirement.
- The stock photo library — free Pexels photos for covers and articles.
Some features are part of the School plan and above: video and audio content, push notifications to members' phones, advanced analytics (reading trends, top articles, and search insights), and the stock video library. On the free Seed plan, announcements and events still appear in the app; members just don't get a push.
When a student limit or a plan feature needs a higher plan, you will see a short prompt explaining which plan unlocks it. Nothing is lost — the feature becomes available the moment you move up.
See your current plan and make changes
Plan changes happen on the C3NTR website, not inside the app — this keeps the app simple and is why you won't find prices or checkout screens in it.
To see your plan or change it, open the user menu (tap your avatar on Home, or swipe in from the right edge of any tab). The school card shows a pill with your plan name (for example, Academy plan), and below it a Manage plan button.
Open the user menu and tap Manage plan to reach the Manage your plan screen.
If you're on the free Seed plan, tap See plans. This opens the C3NTR pricing page in your browser, where you can pick a plan and pay through Stripe.
If you're already on a paid plan, tap Open Stripe Customer Portal. Your browser opens the Stripe portal, where you can switch between monthly and annual billing, update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel.
When you're done, return to C3NTR. The app picks up any plan change automatically — there's nothing to refresh.
Storage add-ons
If you approach your media-storage limit, the simplest step is to move up a plan for more room. Because billing lives on the website, storage questions and add-ons are handled there or by our team — get in touch and we'll help you find the right fit.
The Seed plan has no time limit. Use it for as long as you need. You can move to a paid plan whenever your school is ready.
