Creating your school
By the end of this guide you will have your own school space on C3NTR, ready for content and members. The whole process takes about two minutes.
Before you begin
You need the C3NTR app installed on your phone. Download it free from the App Store (iPhone or iPad) or Google Play (Android).
If you already have an account and want to add a second school, you can do that too. C3NTR supports multiple schools under one phone number.
Sign in with your phone number
C3NTR uses your phone number to sign in. There is no password to remember.
Open C3NTR and enter your phone number with the country code (for example, +44 for the UK).
You will receive a six-digit code by SMS. Enter it on the next screen.
If this is your first time, you can add your name and an optional nickname. This is how other members will see you. Both fields are optional and can be filled in later from your profile.
You can link an email later from your profile. It's a handy backup sign-in if you change phones.
Choose your path
After signing in, under "How are you joining?" you will see two options:
- Setting up a school — Start your own school space. You become the school leader.
- Joining a school — Enter a code from an existing school to join as a member.
Tap Setting up a school to continue.
Name your school
Enter the name of your school or academy. This is what members will see when they open the app.
You can change it later in Settings, so do not worry about getting it perfect now.
The name you choose also sets your school's unique join code. C3NTR adds a short suffix to keep it unique, so "Golden Dragon Kung Fu" might become golden-dragon-kung-fu-a1b2c3. Members use this code to find and join your school; you'll find it in your school settings.
Pick your discipline
C3NTR supports schools across many disciplines. You will see a two-step picker:
Choose a category. There are ten to choose from: Martial Arts, Dance, Music, Yoga, Gymnastics, Fitness, Performing Arts, Academic, Wellness, and Creative.
Choose a sub-discipline. Each category has specific options. For example, Martial Arts includes Wing Tsun, Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo, and many more. There are 80 sub-disciplines in total — starting points, not limits. If yours isn't listed, tap Other… at the end of the row to type your own.
Your discipline choice affects two things:
- Templates — The template library will suggest content written for your discipline.
- AI drafts — When you use the AI writing assistant, it understands the context of your discipline.
You can change your discipline later from Settings → School details.
Your school is ready
After confirming, C3NTR creates your school and takes you to the home screen. You are now the school leader.
From here, the setup wizard will guide you through four optional steps: your name and discipline, logo and hero photo, theme, and your first content.
You can skip the wizard and come back to it at any time from the Getting Started card on your home screen.
What happens next
Your school starts on the Seed plan, which is free and includes all core features for up to 30 members. You can explore everything without entering payment details.
