Your profile

Your profile is how other members see you. You can update your name, add a photo, and link an email to your account.

Open your profile

There are two ways to reach the menu where your profile lives:

• Tap your avatar in the top-right corner of the Home screen. The avatar shows your profile photo if you have one, or your initials over your school's primary colour.
• From any tab, swipe in from the right edge of the screen.

Either action opens the user menu. Tap your name at the top, then tap Manage account to edit your details.

Edit your details

You can change the following:

• Full name — Your display name shown to other members.
• Nickname — A shorter name used in compact views.
• Profile image — Tap the image circle to choose a photo from your device.
• Current grade — If your school uses grades, you'll see your grade as a read-only field. Tap My grade looks wrong — let my leader know below the field to flag it. School leaders see an editable dropdown instead and can update grades for their members.

Link an email address

Linking an email gives you another way to sign in. It's a useful backup if you change phones and lets you sign in to the web portal.

Once linked, you can sign in with that email. Your phone number stays your primary sign-in for the app.

Change your phone number

You can update the phone number linked to your account directly from the phone field in Edit Profile.

Your new number replaces the old one everywhere. You will use it to sign in from now on.

Switch between schools

If you are a member of multiple schools, you can switch between them from the school selector. Tap your school name at the top of the home screen to see the list.

Delete your account

If you want to remove your account and all associated data, you can do this from Edit Profile.
