Templates
Templates give you a head start. C3NTR includes 80 ready-made templates across 10 categories, each with tags and articles you can import and edit.
Available disciplines
Templates are organised by discipline:
- Martial Arts
- Dance
- Music
- Yoga
- Gymnastics
- Fitness
- Performing Arts
- Academic
- Wellness
- Creative
Each category has several templates covering common topics, techniques, and curriculum areas.
Browse the template library
You can reach the template library from the setup wizard or by tapping the + button on the Explore tab and choosing From a template.
- Discover — The library opens on a Discover view: a row recommended for your discipline, fuller examples to explore, and recently added templates.
- Category pills — Tap a category along the top to browse its templates. Your school's category is selected for you.
- Filter & sort — Tap the control in the top corner to search, sort, or show only Starter templates or fuller Examples. Active filters show as chips you can clear with a tap.
Can't find your discipline? Choose Request a template — in the filter sheet or on the empty-results screen — and tell us what would help. It goes straight to our team.
Templates for any school
Some templates aren't tied to a discipline — they work for any school. Tap the For any school pill, next to Discover and the category pills, or look for these two rows on the Discover view:
- Teaching toolkits — cross-discipline packs about how you teach: building a practice habit between sessions, welcoming a new student through their first month, and more.
- School essentials — the everyday knowledge every school needs: a welcome handbook, a code of conduct, attendance and policies.
These always add to what you already have — your existing content stays, and the pack's tags, articles and terms are added alongside it. You can layer on more than one, and importing the same pack again won't create duplicates.
A few packs include staff-only sections — for example, the safeguarding and complaints steps in the Policies pack are visible to instructors and school leaders, not students. They are starting points for you to complete with your school's own policy.
Import a template
Tap any template to open a preview of everything inside it.
Choose what to bring in. Everything is selected by default — use the content-type filter (Articles, Terms, Videos, Audio) and the checkboxes to keep only what you want, or Select all / Clear. Long-press any item to preview it.
Pick your options: import as Drafts or Publish now, and optionally apply the template's colour & hero image to your school.
Tap Import. C3NTR creates the tags and content in your school — edit them like any other content.
You can add a template alongside your existing content, or replace everything. Importing during the setup wizard publishes the content and advances to the next step.
Videos and audio in a template are imported too — switch the content-type filter to Videos or Audio to see them in the preview.
Save as Template
After importing a document, you can save the result as a template. This makes your structure available for other schools using C3NTR. It is a way to share your approach with the wider community.
Templates are a great way to get started quickly. Import one, then replace the placeholder text with your own knowledge and teaching style.
