Tags organise all content in C3NTR. Every article and every glossary term belongs to at least one tag. Because one piece of content can live under several tags at once, you never need to duplicate work.

Create a tag

Tag creation with name, icon, and view mode

Tap the + button in the top-right corner of the Explore tab and choose Add Tag. Give your tag a name and an optional description.

You can also create tags from edit mode using the title dropdown menu.

Customise a tag

Each tag can have:

Set permissions on a tag

You can restrict a tag to a minimum grade level or specific roles. Members below that grade or outside those roles will not see the tag or its content. This is useful for separating beginner material from advanced curriculum.

Move content between tags

There are two ways to move content:

Content in multiple tags

An article or term can appear under more than one tag. This is helpful when a concept spans several topics. For example, a term like "centre line" might belong to both a "Principles" tag and a "Sparring" tag.

If you remove the last tag from an item, C3NTR warns you. Every piece of content needs at least one tag to stay visible.

Pin content within a tag

Pinned articles and terms appear first when members browse a tag. Use pins for foundational content that you want everyone to read first.

Tip

Tags replaced the older "sections" system. They are more flexible because one article can live under several tags without being duplicated.
