Analytics

The analytics dashboard gives school leaders a clear picture of how your school is using C3NTR. See what content your members engage with and where there is room to grow.

Who can see analytics

Analytics are available to school leaders and school admins. Other roles do not have access to this screen.

The dashboard is included on every plan, starting with Seed. Engagement insights — article views, announcement open rates, top articles — show as soon as your members start using your school.

The Grade Distribution chart only appears when you have grades enabled in School Details. Schools without grades skip it.

What the dashboard shows

The analytics dashboard includes:

• Total members — The current number of active members in your school.
• Total content items — How many articles and terms you have published.
• Total views — The combined view count across all your content.
• Growth trends — How your numbers have changed over time.

You can also see view counts for individual articles and terms, and announcement open rates showing what percentage of members opened each announcement.

Content gaps

Near the bottom of the dashboard you will find a Content gaps card. It shows the top queries members typed into search that returned nothing. It is the fastest way to see what your school's library is missing.

Each gap shows the search phrase and a count of how many times it has been tried. The header tells you what percentage of all searches returned zero results. The card stays hidden until enough searches have been recorded, so fresh schools won't see it right away.

Queries stay on your device until a daily sync sends an aggregated batch to your school's analytics. Only the queries themselves are stored — no user identity and no other details — and only school leaders and admins can read them.

How data is collected

View counts are recorded each time a member opens an article or term. Announcement opens are tracked when a member views the full announcement. A daily snapshot is saved automatically, so you can see trends over weeks and months.

Refresh the data

The dashboard updates automatically once a day. If you want to see the latest numbers right now, tap the Refresh button at the top of the analytics screen. This triggers a manual update that takes a few seconds to complete.
