Media library
Every image, video, and audio file uploaded to your school lives in one shared Media library. It's where you see what's stored, find where each file is used, replace or delete files, and keep an eye on your storage.
Open the Media library
Open the user menu — tap your avatar on the Home screen, or swipe in from the right edge — and tap the Media library card. You'll also find it in Settings > Media Library.
Browse and filter
- The chips along the top — All / Images / Videos / Audio — narrow the view, and the storage breakdown shows how much each kind is using.
- Use the control in the top corner to search by filename or sort by date or size. A small badge marks the control when a search or sort is active.
Find where a file is used
Tap any item to preview it, then choose Find uses to see every article, term, tag cover, or school setting that references it. Check this before deleting, so you don't remove something a published article still relies on.
Replace a file everywhere
Choose Replace on an image to swap it across every reference at once. It's the quick way to update a logo or hero image without editing each article and setting by hand.
Replace keeps every link intact — the new image simply takes the old one's place wherever it appeared.
Delete to free space
Select one or more files and delete them together to free up storage. If a file is still in use, C3NTR tells you where before you confirm — so a delete is always a considered choice.
Deleting a file removes it from your school for good. Any article or setting still pointing to it will lose that image, video, or audio. Use Find uses first if you're unsure.
Add media
Tap Add to bring in new files. Choose from your device Photos, pick a file, search stock photos and video, or scan existing files already in your school's storage that aren't yet listed.
Stock photos & video
C3NTR includes a built-in Stock tab — free, high-quality photos and video clips from Pexels. When you pick a stock item, it's saved into your Media library and the photographer credit is recorded automatically, so attribution ("Photo by … on Pexels" / "Video by … on Pexels") always travels with the file.
Storage
Images, videos, and audio all count toward your school's storage quota. There's no per-file size limit on any plan, so a long demo or a high-quality video is fine — the total is the only guide. Check your usage any time in Storage & cache, and see Billing & tiers for the quota on each plan.
